Yoga Club Activity

On 29th and 31 st of May 2023, SJBIT organized a series of yoga sessions in the auditorium for the benefit of students and staff members. The institution invited a certified and experienced yoga instructors from ISHA foundation to conduct the sessions. The yoga sessions were designed to accommodate participants of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. The instructor provided modifications and variations of poses to cater to individual needs & IDY-23.

The instructor demonstrated various yoga asanas (postures), breathing exercises, and guided meditation techniques.

The event aimed to promote physical and mental well-being, relieve stress, and create a harmonious atmosphere within the institution. The event provided participants with valuable tools and techniques for incorporating yoga into their daily lives. The overwhelmingly positive feedback received from the participants underscores the importance of such wellness initiatives within educational institutions.
