Department of Human Resources and Development (DHRD) is a full-fledged facility established with a vision to create a state of art platform for national & international placement activities. The infrastructure has a corporate flair engrossing a typical environment conducive to Training & Placement activities.  

SJBIT has been consistently setting records of campus placements amongst private institutions in Karnataka. The department not only renders support to students of SJBIT but also extends opportunities to the other students by organizing pool campus drives as part of its social responsibility.
