The Computer Science and Engineering department was established in the institution during the year 2001, with an intake of 60 and increased to 240 in the year 2024. The department presents a unique opportunity to study the exciting field with guidance of quality teachers. The department offers B.E in CSE and Ph.D programs. The department is recognized as a “Research Center” by VTU. The department has grabbed 6 gold medals and 21 ranks till date.

M1: To encourage participation of faculty and students in research activities for enhancing their subject knowledge and acquire information regarding current trends

M3: Preparation of our graduates for leadership in profession and in higher education by providing excellent teaching learning environment enabling them to serve the society
