Orientation session for 8th Semester EEE Students by Class Teacher and HOD on 17th February 2025
With the blessings of Pujya Swamiji and support from respected Academic Director sir and Principal sir, The Head of Department addressed the 8th semester students during the orientation program on 17/02/25 and reminded them of the following important academic requirements:
- Emphasized the importance of attending internships and submitting reports on time.
- Explained the need to meet their allotted guides regularly for effective mentorship.
- Guided students to complete all assigned tasks within the stipulated deadlines.
- Stressed the necessity of submitting documents, certificates, and reports at least a week before the last working day.
- Advised students to choose a technical topic for their seminar and complete it by the last week of April.
- Instructed students to participate in AICTE activities and ensure proper documentation.
- Reminded students to follow department and VTU guidelines for all academic requirements.
- Cautioned students that non-compliance with university regulations may affect degree completion.
