Orientation session for 6th semester students

With the blessings of revered Swamiji and the unwavering support of our Principal, Dr. M J Chandrashekar, the Head of Department (HOD), along with the Class Teacher (CT) of the 6th semester, Mr. Kubera U, conducted an orientation session for engineering students embarking on their 6th semester journey.

During this enlightening session, students were enlightened with essential insights into the department’s highlights, strengths, academic progression, available MOOC courses, best practices, placement opportunities, and the Centers of Excellence (COE) within the department. They were also briefed on the scheme of evaluation, academic requisites, research prospects, career guidance, and support services provided by the department. The significance of extracurricular activities and professional development was underscored to foster a comprehensive learning environment.

The HOD stressed on the 6th-semester curriculum, VTU Regulations 2021, internship, mini-projects, major projects, institutional discipline, guidelines, and other pertinent departmental aspects.

The orientation session aimed to arm students with the requisite knowledge and resources to thrive in their academic pursuits and pave the way for their future endeavors in the realm of engineering.
