Flexible Manufacturing System

Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) is a facility established in the department comprising of CNC machines, ASRS (Auto Storage and Retrival System), Robots, Pneumatic systems etc,. This state of art facility extends a plat form for aspiring mechanical engineers to acquire the skills on par with industrial skill sets.

Department is offering various workshops, short term training, Internship program along with scope for research and development.

Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) comprising CNC milling, Turning centre and Robot along with the complete Hydraulic system

Class room teaching: Explaining the method of writing programs for CNC machines by an expert as part of internship program. In this training program the candidates are trained to write the program for CNC machines (both milling and lathe centres) and also trained completely about the flexible manufacturing system.

                   Students are engaged practically to enhance their skill set in FMS training centre.
