Technical talk with Senior Professor Prof. S M K Rahman of IIT

With the Blessings of Pujya Swamiji and the support from our beloved Principal sir and Dr. Gopalakrishnan M T. Professor & HOD, of AI & ML. The Department of AI & ML arranged a visit from Senior Professor Prof. S M K Rahman of IIT, which took place on Monday at the HOD Chamber in the Department of AI & ML from 3 PM to 4:30 PM. 

During the Welcome Address, Dr. M. S. Nagananda, Professor in the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at SJB Institute of Technology, noted the wealth of knowledge to be gained from the Senior Professor’s extensive experience and expertise in Electronics, Computer, and IT. During the session, Professor S M K Rahman, who specialize in Computer Technology, Centre for Biomedical Engineering, emphasized the significance of Hardware, Software, AI-ML current trends, Information Science, and Computer Science in establishing a robust society with exceptional technical abilities. He illustrated his point with diverse examples, highlighting the critical role of engineering education, skills, and knowledge in the present environment. 

The private institutions could potentially receive funding from public, private, and governmental institutions. To determine the goals, significance, and other technical details required for the department, engineering students, and faculties, we conducted in-depth discussions with AI-ML faculties and the Head of the Computer Science Engineering department.
