The main goals of “Yoga in Daily Life” are Physical Health, Mental Health, Social Health, Spiritual Health, Self-Realization or realization of the Divine within us.

“Yoga club” is formed in SJBIT to endeavour the well-being and physical health of the staffs & students at the institute. Club in overlooked by well trained and certified yoga trainers.  Many staffs & students are being benefitted from yoga classes right in our premises at our convenient time.
