Community Service Visit to JanaSnehi Charitable Trust

On May 21, 2025, as part of its ongoing Community Service initiative, the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at SJBIT organized a visit to the JanaSnehi Charitable Trust (Old Age Home) located in Bengaluru. Faculty members, Mrs. Shridevi Sali and Mrs. Anusha M. S., along with students from the 6th semester, engaged in meaningful interactions with the elderly residents. They contributed by donating essential daily items and groceries and actively participated in serving lunch. The appreciative responses and expressions of gratitude from the residents highlighted the significance of this visit, which culminated in an invitation to continue this commendable practice on an annual basis. This initiative has evolved into a cherished tradition within SJBIT, promoting empathy and social responsibility among students.
