NI LabVIEW Academy

The LabVIEW Academy program uses a blended learning model that combines face-to-face teaching with engaging content and hands-on lab exercises.

Engineering students are required to learn a variety of theoretical concepts throughout their education. With a hands-on teaching strategy, we can ensure students are more engaged and retain their comprehension long after a concept’s introduction.

SJBIT got accredited by National Instruments and invested Rs 1.3 Crore of products and Tool kits which helps students and industry people to take an opportunity for improving their skills. 

A state-of-the-art Automation Technology display and practice centre has been established to provide the needed exposure and hands-on training to the students in association with Toyota Kirloskar Motors, Bidadi.

The complete chassis along with engine, gear box, rear axle, front axle, clutch etc. parts and accessories. The whole system is mounted on a sturdy frame with suitable LED lighting showing the internal working of exhaust and inlet, spark and fuel Ignition system. The Department of Mechanical has provided the state-of-the-art facility enabling the students to understand the internal working of parts of Toyota Innova and Etios.

A state-of-the-art International standard Industrial Automation centre (CETRAT) has been established in association with Rexroth Bosch and MTAB. Students are provided industrial standard state of art training, and internships both for in-house and external candidates.

The objective of the Rexroth Bosch Centre of Excellence is to render the participants with various facets of automation technology and to develop their knowledge in hydraulic and pneumatic drives, PLC logic circuits, Drives and controls, Flexible Manufacturing System and Sensor technology. At SJBIT, the participants can directly work on state-of-the-art automation equipment which is set up in association with Bosch-Rexroth. Various programs are offered at the centre which will be beneficial to Engineering, Diploma and ITI students with the potential of employment opportunities.

Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) is an integrated, computer controlled, automated manufacturing system that covers material handling systems, CNC machine tools, inspection, Automatic storage and retrieval systems that can simultaneously process medium-sized volumes of a variety of parts. The system can be further expanded to Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) system by addition of a conveyor system, Co-ordinate Measuring system.

The Department of Mechanical Engineering has provided a state-of-the-art facility for the students who can work and understand the complete working of the FMS system.

Spiral Technology, Incorporated is a veteran owned small business, incorporated in 2000, it is a leader and innovator in hands-on systems engineering providing aerospace support services, leading edge solutions. The software suite has set of tools improve the efficiency of research and test and evaluation range and ground-based support facilities’ operations with respect to telemetry system configuration, data translators, data capture, and telemetry data visualization and display.
