Department proudly organizes the annual intercollegiate techno-cultural fest DYUTI under the flagship of SJBIT. Department have organized 7 annual department fest till now and have been successful in attracting participants from various colleges all over the state. Every year we come up with a trending theme like KGF, GOT, Chronicles of Hampi etc. The fest provides platform for students talents  

1. Technical events like quiz, project exhibition, paper presentation, coding, idea presentation, technical treasure hunt.
2. Non-technical events like gymit, treasure hunt, Minute to win it, quiz, slow drag, death race.
3. Sports like mini cricket, mini football and mini kabaddi.
4. Gaming events like Counter strike, FIFA, NFS most wanted and Mini Militia.
5. Cultural events like nail painting, face painting, impromptu, spot photography, flash mob, mehandi, tattoo making etc.
